This, it's the only explanation I can think of. Homosexuals are apt to group together and sleep around prolifically, so if one has a big or unique D, word will probably get around within their circle and other people will want some of it.

In the case of women however, they might mention or brag about their boyfriend's dick, who knows, but there's an expectation of sexual exclusivity and the notion that one of her female friends will want the D during or after the relationship due to her female friend describing your penis (rather than how good the sex was), just seems kind of absurd.
