The Terrain. Some basic structure:

At the most basic the intracellular (cytoplasm) and extracellular environments are separated by a phospholipid bilayer.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluid_mosaic_model#/media/File:Cell_membrane_detailed_diagram_en.svg
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lipid_bilayer
Like the bulk organism, it is essentially transparent to magnetic fields.

The cellular environment where these phenomena take place:
"In cellular aggregates that form tissues of higher animals, cells are separated by narrow fluid channels that take on special importance in signaling from cell to cell. These channels act as windows on the electrochemical world surrounding each cell. Hormones, antibodies, neurotransmitters and chemical cancer promoters, for example, move along them to reach binding sites on cell membrane receptors. These narrow fluid "gutters," typically not more than 150 A wide, are also preferred pathways for intrinsic and environmental electromagnetic (EM) fields, since they offer a much lower electrical impedance than cell membranes. Although this intercellular space (ICS) forms only about 10 percent of the conducting cross section of typical tissue, it carries at least 90 percent of any imposed or intrinsic current, directing it along cell membrane surfaces.

Numerous stranded protein molecules protrude from within the cell into this narrow ICS. Their glycoprotein tips form the glycocalyx, which senses chemical and electrical signals in surrounding fluid. Their highly negatively charged tips form receptor sites for hormones, antibodies, neurotransmitters, and for many metabolic agents, including cancer promoters. These charged terminals form an anatomical substrate for the first detection of weak electrochemical oscillations in pericellular fluid, including field potentials arising in activity of adjacent cells or as tissue components of environmental fields."

5G builds on top of 4G, and has four main elements:
-LED streetlights, which can be potentially fitted with urban scanning radar
-Millimeter wave small cells
-New forms of WiFi
-Densification of new and existing exposures
And running fiber optic cable as the spine, which will allow all this data collection and transmission.

Offers very little actual evidence and seems to try to wrap it up by drawing in other controversies (vaccines etc). The claims (and points) made are addressed throughout this document. Some of them actually go way back and down some very interesting avenues. Despite claims of cherrypicking, a massive amount of data has been produced over the last 115 years, and the bulk of it, its indications, and the direction the total body of literature is pointing, has been omitted from this analysis. For example it's implied the NTP study's methodology must be of low quality, and its results useless, because male rats had a longer lifespan, which therefore inherently contradicts DNA damage and higher cancer incidence in certain animals. Now taking this from a broader scope, when research was still being funded and carried out properly from the 50's to mid 90's, this was a relatively common finding. Soviet researchers were reporting an initial increase in lifespan and certain metrics of health in offspring for a generation or two as early as the 1960's, Magras and Xenos of Greece during the 90's found the same thing in rats, but nonetheless, with population level irreversible infertility occurring within 5 generations. Why is he talking as though no one has ever done multi-generational exposure studies? Why is he acting like teratogenicity research was never carried out? Was it just that no one bothered to do it? No. Because research is "old" (generally the argument), should it be excluded

from our risk assessment, particularly when no one has bothered to fund modern research before "deploying" these systems onto the citizenry? Hence, "we have no reason to believe 5G is safe"

Articles like this do a decent job at carefully reframing and talking around certain aspects. Who knows whether it's intentional.

On this note, yet another paper was published recently showing behavioral changes into adulthood with prenatal 4G LTE exposure. Yet papers like this aren't mentioned.

Mobile phones are perceived as high risk, and recongized to be a powder keg where it's just a matter of time. This also means these companies, and their shareholders, are personally liable and have quite a bit at stake financially. This financial vulnerability odds are is partly the basis for their behavior. Regardless, assuming there isn't some manner of corporate compartmentalization unto their liability, a few good lawsuits could take these companies out, permanently. Investors, if properly informed, wouldn't go anywhere near 5G. Probably why some reports show they aren't stating any risks in their marketing material, a form of fraud.

It appears industry is now trying to stall until at least 2020 while it deploys 5G and other infrastructure.

Research and mechanisms:
Millimeter waves:
-Prior work, effects, unique actions, and mechanisms:
Adey 1993 - Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields:
"COOPERATIVE MODELS OF FREE RADICAL BEHAVIOR IN EM FIELD BIOEFFECTS

Research at the other extreme in the EM spectrum also support concepts of free radical interactions. There may be special significance to biomolecular interactions with millimeter wave EM fields. At frequencies within the range 10-1,000 GHz, resonant vibrational or rotational interactions, not seen at lower frequencies, may occur with molecules or portions of molecules. Biomolecular and cell research in this spectral region has been meager. Studies in solutions of DNA and of growth effects in bacteria have yielded conflicting results that may relate to extreme technical difficulties not encountered at lower frequencies. There are major problems in the engineering of suitable exposure systems, in ensuring biocompatible exposure devices, and in evaluation of experimental data for physical and biological artifacts.

Studies of yeast cell growth by a team of German scientists over the past 15 years using athermal millimeter wave fields have shown that growth appears finely "tuned" to applied field frequencies around 42 GHz, with successive peaks and troughs at intervals of about 10 MHz. In recent studies, they noted that the sharpness of the tuning increases as the intensity of the imposed field decreases; but the tuning peak occurs at the same frequency when the field intensity is progressively reduced. Moreover, clear responses occur with incident fields as weak as 5 picowatts/cm^2.

In a recent synthesis emphasizing nonthermal interactions of EM fields with cellular systems, Grundler et al. [1992] present models of the sequence of EM field transductive coupling, based on magnetic field-dependent chemical reactions, including cytochrome-catalyzed reactions that involve transient radical pairs, and production of free

radicals, such as reactive oxygen or nitric oxide, leading to further highly cooperative amplification step. Based on Frohlich's [1986] model of interactions between an imposed field and high-frequency (10^12 Hz) intracellular van der Pol oscillators, they conclude that "imposed fields can be active even at intensities near zero." In other words, a threshold might not exist in such a system."

Millimeter wave devices have a long history of medical use in Russia and Eastern Europe, and to an extent Germany. China is now making use of it, like most of the technology the West mothballed or abandoned.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30692070
Soviet and Eastern European work (covered below) in the 60's and 70's arrived at their own issues and speculations about a role for the skin. It was observed that long term millimeter wave exposure caused broad degenerative changes in organs (including brain), demyelination of peripheral and spinal nerves with fragmentation of their axons, greatly altered enzyme (metabolic) activity in organs, and behavioral changes. And yet the bulk of the energy was thought to be absorbed within the first few mm of the skin surface. This means at least one of the following is true, the changes in deep structures of the body are downstream of stimulation of the "receptor apparatus of the skin" (nerves, sweat glands, eg integrin, etc), or that the wave penetrates further and propagates more easily than expected. Along with some later work in the USSR, modern day there's data to support both of these.

Some speculation: The entirety of the skin surface acts as a massive EM (inc mmWave) transceiver array.

In this report, children in China were able to determine characters written on folded pieces of paper using their palms, and for one child, the ear. If the report is accurate as stated, perhaps this works like mmWave airport imaging? It's known that there is a voltage difference between the hands, probably why in many ancient systems the right hand "gives" the left "receives", relative to the left the right hand is positive, but this doesn't seem to rely on that with the single ear. Perhaps this also relates to the ability to feel when we're being watched. If eyes generate a field of some reliably, relatively specific character, an animal w

hich could detect this would be at a great survival advantage. The brain already keeps a fine grained map of the body's location in space, via this it could easily infer direction based on stimulation of the skin. Low infrared (THz waves) could also be at work, as could some other change in the finer structure of water. This ties into "mitogenic radiation" and similar work under many different names, discussed later.

This is similar to a story from ancient Egypt about reading a sealed scroll without opening it.

"For several years now a number of researchers have been stimulated to look for the frequency-dependent effects predicted by Frohlich and suggested by the experiments of Webb in the US and by a group of 5oviet workers led by Smolyanskaya and Vilenskaya. Frohlich suggested that critical oscillations exist in macromolecules that determine the activity and function of the organism. It is believed that the frequencies of these oscillations lie roughly between 100 and 1000 GHz. It is reasonable to conjecture that functional activities occurring at the macromolecular level depend on critical, and perhaps matching, oscillations being present at the right place and time for a given reaction to occur. Such oscillations might be finely tuned and "metastable," in which case small inputs of energy to one or both halves could cause disruption in the progress of the function or reaction. -They travel along the surface of the plasma membrane

-Measurable brain damage in a few studies (animal models) due to the above and other functional changes triggered by blue light (time of day signal) in brain activity and metabolism. This was also present with fluorescent lights to a lesser degree.

LED streetlights suppress nighttime pollinators
[m]_Blue light, LEDs, lighting.txt

Nature's machinery has traditionally provided the bulk and basis of human GDP, automatically, for free. That way of things will be coming to a close as we become more efficient at destroying our own life support systems. Pollinator loss is spreading, the (inevitably short lived) era of crop pollination by hand began in some areas of China some time ago. Aquatic and terrestrial insect populations overall have plummeted. Bird and amphibian populations are dropping in turn.

Bees are also being found loaded with aluminum. They essentially have dementia.

This is a matter of total toxic load, but also some aspects of specific toxicity. Radiofrequency transmissions are one such very specific toxin for insects.

When it comes right down to it, when in human history have we ever had massive, near omnipresent contamination with a lethal toxin, that could all be cleaned up with the mere press of a button. The flip of a switch. Cutting the power to these towers. That is a near ideal case, but if we keep accepting the current directio

Similar to the Hague. Nearby Blakeview has 5G (that has been advertised so far), 5G is present south. They very likely have LED streetlights as well. Perhaps this was in their flight path or routine, and they ultimately came to the outskirts to die, or they intersected a beam (eg mmWave backhaul) (seems unlikely). Thus far no poison or pathogen has been put forward to explain these occurrences.

It's long been suspected that bird feathers could act as antennas, or facilitate some other form of transduction.

Legal and history:

Federal preemption of local control. FCC guidelines are set up as a key control structure chokepoint.
1996 Telecommunications act, section 704 subsection II clause iv.
"No State or local government or instrumentality thereof may regulate the placement, construction, and modification of personal wireless service facilities on the basis of the environmental effects of radio frequency emissions to the extent that such facilities comply with the Commission's regulations concerning such emissions."
https://transition.fcc.gov/Reports/tcom1996.pdf

Now it's the streamline small cell deployment act. Contains the same language in sec 7B, iv. Additional legal faculty for approvals and denials, definition of what may legally constitute aesthetic concerns.

There was a commercial for data over 5G network being pushed by Verizon during the superbowl. Instead of some cookie cutter quirky gen z caricature talking about how much faster and new it is, they basically said nothing about throughput or coverage benefits and instead showed a bunch of images and slow motion clips of firefighters and first responders and I think military persons while somber music played in the background. The fact that they went that route tells me all I need to know that it's likely not what it's cracked up to be. If your advertisement says nothing about being able to watch the latest whatevers at BLAZIN fast speeds, and instead says buy our service because firefighters are heroes I get the impression there's something to hide.

That's on my list to look into. I'm not sure of the technical feasibility of beaming millimeter waves down arbitrarily. If it works like over the horizon radar and the satellite is just a reflector, that's also something to take into account. It it's a mesh network as described... too many possibilities, but altering the weather and other electrical characteristics could be feasible.

I have a symposium from 1978 I believe, where one of the papers presented was on this very topic. They were proposing millimeter frequencies, perhaps there are some bands that aren't greatly attenuated by atmospheric gases?

I don't know at present. Check out the appeals section above. 5G space appeal is about this.

I have it in my front yard basically it's like 50 feet in front of my apartment. Our neighborhood has got like 6 now I think and there's much more coming. What the telecommunications guy told me is that the big pole in front of my apartment is 4G and it's hooked into the 5G across the street from me which is smaller. The 4G has a bunch of receivers on it and then a brown metal cap. It's shitty and my apartment has upwards to 80,000 micro watt/m2 spikes in some spots. Our bedrooms remain around 200 micro watts/m2 so it does have a short distance. It has to pass through brick wall and titanium tinted windows and I still get those huge spikes in the living area. We are moving this month, it went up a few months ago. It sucks, especially because as far as I'm aware the FCC only has guidelines on intermittent exposure and not 24/7 which I mean if my apartment was a studio like some of the others and I couldn't put more distance from it at night I would have 24/7 exposure. Their limits for the general public are for 30 minute intervals I think. The Lancet posted a review about the radio frequency radiation causing oxidative stress below the levels that are in my living room, sucks. I really liked our place but we found one that is sort of out of the way and not going to be getting any 5G anytime based on applications filed with the city for new ones to go up.

Shielding a building is a pain in the ass and honestly, a ridiculous absurdity. That we'd even have to go to these lengths, then you still have to go outside.

In the case of 5G and millimeter waves, plant fast growing trees or use a sprinkler. Tick layer of water vapor will provide some attenuation. The problem is though that mmWaves like to travel along the surface of conductive wires and enter buildings that way. Look up AT&*T's project airgig.

I live on the second floor of an apartment. I'm almost at level with the tower and all I could do was put titanium window tint which did help. But it's coming in from upstairs our living room wall is like 10 feet of continuous windows that are 4 feet high so it just shoots in from their windows and comes through our ceiling. When I told the guy how much was coming in he was really surprised, his job was just to do measurements and had nothing to do with setting them up, but he said he was told at that distance it shouldn't be doing that. Yeah and shielding was out of the question it's super expensive and I'd have to ground it, plus it's an apartment and that's almost as good as permanent. My land lord was a firm no on that, but was cool about it and we are moving into a building they own without having to pay any fees

There are a few things I have to comment on here.
https://betweenrockandhardplace.wordpress.com/2019/10/22/publication-of-the-ntp-study-on-dna-damage-hold-your-horses-do-not-jump-to-premature-conclusions/

He's correct in that various studies (eg those done by Belayev et al) have shown long term inhibition (essentially crippling) of DNA repair machinery after exposure, however you also see elevated markers of oxidative stress, eg lipid peroxidation, increased leakage from the mitochondrial electron transport chain (thus increased superoxide), increases in nitric oxide, and finally depletion of glutathione. There's never been any indication that the primary antioxidant defense enzymes, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase/reductase, etc were rendered less effective or deactivated.

There's every indication of increased free radical generation. The Soviets were seeing altered ion flux in the early 60's. DNA damage was found in personnel exposed to the Moscow Signal. Whether Pall's model of action on the voltage sensor, orelectromagnetic "ratcheting" of the calcium channel apparatus where the pulses come in faster than its relaxation rate and its eventually forced open, etc is corrector not, I'm not sure what he's getting at claiming the DNA damage was incurred as a natural course of existing, ie spontaneous. That doesn't really jive with the total body of evidence, I'm not sure what he's getting at here. A lot of work has been done on oxidative stress and DNA damage.

On the note of mechanisms,I think one thing that's been poorly investigated has to do with the structure of water in biological systems. Refer to the Work of Gerald Pollack. Well before him it was found that 2.45GHz caused the DNA molecule to thrash about violently, this was likely caused by interaction with the structured water surrounding it.

Check out this paper as well:

I ran out of characters. My primary interest here is he seems to be implying (pretty much stating) the wireless health effects movement is being coerced and built up around falsehoods, like Pall's calcium channel model, so you can tear down the whole thing at once. The old trojan horse. If so, why haven't they sprung the trap yet? I haven't seen any papers published refuting it either. The calcium channel mechanism lines up very well with the pathophysiology of stroke and NO induced neurodegenerative disorders, and the prior electrophysiology work. I can appreciate a logical voice of reason urging people to not jump to conclusions as far as the hard mechanisms, as a seeker of truth and the absolute, but honestly... why go after NTP and immedaitely cast doubt at all? Who is the intended audience? They announced shortly after that they were planning future studies in search of mechanisms anyway.

His tone has changed a lot since his Brillouin precursor article, I haven't checked his blog for quite a while. I'll have to look into his claims further. I'm not really getting his intention and drive.

In reference to:
https://betweenrockandhardplace.wordpress.com/2019/10/08/professor-martin-l-pall-does-not-know-the-basics-about-millimeter-waves/

As some in the comments are stating, biological systems are practically transparent to magnetic fields, and this can allow a signal to propagate much deeper by a few mechanisms. One of which:

-Brillouin Precursors
https://betweenrockandhardplace.wordpress.com/2019/05/24/guest-blog-can-5g-phased-array-antennas-generate-brillouin-precursors-by-don-maisch/
https://microwavenews.com/news/backissues/m-a02issue.pdf
http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/a282990.pdf

A few others are via the sweat duct, in conditions where free H+ is elevated, as the Soviet work found in the late 80's millimeter waves propagate quite freely through tissues, the width of that layer up against the plasma membrane is ideal. This led to the idea that cells act like coupled oscillators, and mmWaves are naturally used for coordination and signalling. Lastly, far more speculative you have a role for integrin. Maybe a solitonic mechanism, because mmWaves are known to create acoustic convections and ruffling of the membrane, along with those temporary structures I noted above.

You can't convert it directly because it's based on absorption, but if your body absorbs all that's passing through then it should be the area of your silhouette times the wattage/m2 divided by your weight in grams, on average

Also, I wouldn't simply there;s a direct line of control whereby the elite censor the thread, although it's possible such a layer of moderation exists. More likely it's just janitors who are wireless addicts or don't know their ass from a hole in the ground enough to see they're tying their own noose. They just see /x/ conspiracy because tinfoil hat etc is in their mental conspiracy box.

I think enough of these threads will ultimately start to broaden the scope and cure them of this delusional state. We all have to wake up somehow, and it will happen in its natural course, and hopefully in short enough order to halt this madness.

Neurological damage in firefighters working in close proximity to a cell tower.
https://ecfsapi.fcc.gov/file/7022117660.pdf

More details:
https://ehtrust.org/firefighter-unions-opposing-cell-towers/

Comment round for ET Docket No. 03-137 and WT Docket No. 12-357.
1. My name is Susan D Foster, MSW. My address is 15957 Avenida Calma, Rancho
Santa Fe, California 92091.
2. I am a medical writer and the organizer of a brain study of firefighters exposed to RF
radiation from a cell tower adjacent to their fire station of over 5 years.
3. In 2004 I organized a pilot study of California firefighters who worked up to ninety
(90) hours per week in fire stations with cell towers in close proximity to the two (2)
stations where the firefighters work, eat, and sleep. The men were experiencing profound
neurological symptoms following activation of the towers in 1999.
4. The symptoms experienced by the firefighters, all of whom had passed rigorous
physical and cognitive exams prior to being hired by the fire department, included but
were not limited to the following: headaches, extreme fatigue, sleep disruption,
anesthesia-like sleep where the men woke up for 911 calls “as if they were drugged”,
inability to sleep, depression, anxiety, unexplained anger, getting lost on 911 calls in the
town they grew up in, a twenty (20) year medic forgetting basic CPR in the midst of
resuscitating a coronary victim, immune-suppression manifest in frequent colds and flulike symptoms.
5. The neurological testing and SPECT scans [single-photon emission computed
tomography] of the brain were conducted by Gunnar Heuser, MD, PhD and J. Michael
Uszler, MD. All six (6) firefighters were found to have brain abnormalities on SPECT
scan. The doctors thought they would find areas of limited function in the brain based on
3
the symptomatology. Instead, they found a pervasive, hyper-excitability of the neurons

which suggested the exposure to RF (microwave) radiation was causing the neurons to
continually fire, without rest. RF radiation appeared to act as a constant stimulant even
when the men were away from the station, and in repose. The SPECT scans were
considered abnormal in all 6 firefighters.
6. Cognitive function, reaction time, and impulse control were measured objectively
using T.O.V.A. testing [Test of Variables of Attention]. In all six (6) firefighters,
impairment was found with cognitive function, reaction time and impulse control. Three
(3) of the six (6) firefighters were captains. The captain on each shift is in charge of
making life altering decisions for all firefighters and potential victims. They order
firefighters into a burning building, and conversely, they order them out before a roof
may collapse, for example. Impairment of all three critical functions could cost
firefighters and the community they serve either life or limb.
7. The testing was conducted in 2004. The cell towers are in place at the two (2) fire
stations where the test subjects work for the duration of a twenty-two (22) year lease.
The men we tested have remained at the stations as this is the only work they know in the
only community they have ever lived in. One (1) of the six (6) men tested did move to
another department after his wife gave birth to an a boy who was diagnosed with Autism
at age 2. This was the first live birth experienced by the “firefighter family” at this
department since activation of the tower three (3) years earlier.
8. I have followed up with the firefighters who report continued symptoms as described
in paragraph 4. Additionally, all firefighters report profound memory loss.
9. Two (2) of the firefighters, men we did not test in the pilot study but men who were
exposed to RF radiation from the cell tower since their installation and activation in 1999,
have gone out on psychiatric disability. This is almost unheard of among firefighters.

The diagnoses were Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for one firefighter; he went out on an
emergency run, and simply stopped talking after he returned to the station. The second
4
firefighter suffered an apparent break with reality. This occurred in the fire station when
he returned following a short term disability for an unrelated injury. This break with
reality was followed by an abrupt collapse and loss of consciousness. Because two (2)
women have suffered strokes while in the fire station with the towers fully activated,
Vascular Spasm Stroke (VSS) is suspected by Dr. Heuser and myself of having caused
the two (2) “psychiatric” diagnoses. If not treated with rest and supplemental oxygen, it
is possible for some VSS patients to have difficulty regaining speech and full cognitive
abilities. This may be a case of misdiagnosis by the treating physicians who were
unfamiliar with the potential of cell towers to create thermal effects well under the FCC
limit of 1,000 uW/cm2, thus heating blood in the brain and inducing VSS. Further study
of these men is imperative.
10. What is particularly germane to the critical decisions the FCC is currently facing
regarding RF safety guidelines is the fact the FCC currently allows 1,000 microwatts per
centimeter squared (uW/cm2) as an emission standard from cell towers. Yet all the
symptoms attributed by the firefighters, as well as measurable brain and central nervous
system abnormalities described above, occurred within close proximity to a cell tower
measured at between 1 - 2 uW/cm2 by Peter Sierck, BBEC, CEO of Environmental
Testing & Technology in Encinitas, CA. Thus the emissions from towers were measured
at approximately 1/1000th to 1/500th of the FCC’s allowable limit. “Hot spots” of
reflected radiation were measured at 15 and 30 uW/cm2, yet these “hot spots” were still a
fraction of what the FCC allows. Therefore, I strongly suggest the FCC is not basing its
standards on biological

effects, but rather physics, and principles of physics do not protect the brains and central nervous systems of the strongest among us, our firefighters.
11. The failure to protect our populations based on biological effects of exposure to RF
(microwave) radiation is an inherent shortcoming of the current FCC policy with respect
to cell tower emissions and cell phone absorption. The adverse biological impact of these
exposures are grossly underestimated. The FCC does not have independent science that
can justify the massive exposure to RF radiation that currently exists from cell towers and
5
cell phones. The story told by our small pilot study of firefighters in California should be
a warning with respect to cell phone absorption levels.
12. The FCC is being lobbied by the telecommunications industry to harmonize US
standards with those of Europe, as dictated by ICNIRP. To do so would be a grave
mistake. The only change that should be implemented with respect to cell phones is a
reduction in allowable absorption of RF radiation. We are now dealing with 4G which is
untested, and it does appear to have a thermal effect. Many countries keeping brain
tumor statistics, especially those countries taking into account the two brain tumors
associated with RF radiation exposure, gliomas and acoustic neuromas, are showing clear
increases in these two tumors. The increases in brain tumors does appear correlated with
the increased use of cell phones.
13. Based on the neurological abnormalities Dr. Heuser and I found in the firefighters,
including hyper-excitability of the neurons which can results in cell death and consequent
neuro-degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease and ALS, I urge
the FCC to reflect on the gravity of

the decision facing you now, and I implore all
Commissioners to reduce the allowable level of RF radiation absorbed by the human
brain upon exposure to cell phones.

Altered ion flux (potassium, sodium) was noted by Soviet researchers in the 1960's.
[m][Symposium, Warsaw] 1973 - Biologic Effects and Health Hazards of Microwave Radiation
Page 29: Gordon - Main directions and results of research conducted in the USSR on the biologic effects of microwaves
"In another series of biophysical investigations the influence of microwaves upon cell membranes was studied, and particularly on their selective permeability to the ions which influence the membrane electric potentiaI, K+ and Na+. Isolated human blood erythrocytes provided the biologic model for studies of microwave influence on membrane permeability. Changes in influx rates of radiolabelled K+ and Na+ into red blood cells were determined during and after microwave irradiation within the dose range of 900 to 2340 MHz, and compared with respective heat controls. Relationships between irradiation parameters (frequency, intensity and duration) and changes in ion transport into erythrocytes were investigated.

The results revealed statistically significant changes in the rates of transport of K+ and Na+ ions across membranes not related to a rise in temperature of the suspension. These changes did not depend on radiation frequency within the range investigated. The threshold microwave intensity leading to a significant change in the rates of ion transport following irradiation for two hours approximated 1 mW/cm2, The relationship between intensity and duration of irradiation and its effects was of a multiphasic character and did not follow a linear dose-effect relationship with regard to absorbed energy.
[...]
It is important to emphasize that even in such relatively simple objects as erythrocytes, the regulatory processes contribute significantly to the ultimate biologic effect (changes in the rate of ion transport). Indeed, it has been shown that the primary effect, depending linearly on the dose of energy, has a triggering effect on cell regulatory phenomena.

>> No.11363197

The overlapping of regulatory processes and the primary effect determines the complex, non-linear character of the relationship between intensity and duration of irradiation (i.e., the dose of energy) and biologic effects. It appears that it is even more so when we deal with reactions of much more complex systems, such as the whole organism, to irradiation of relatively low intensity, or prolonged exposure at intensities which do not evoke pathologic lesions during short-term exposures. Tn such cases external evidence of the biologic effects is limited, as a rule, to reflections of changes in complex regulatory processes, only indirectly connected with the action of electromagnetic energy. This is presumably why, particularly within the range of low intensities (up to 10 mW/cm2), it proves impossible to obtain a simple quantitative relationship between intensity and duration of irradiation, on the one hand, and the biologic effect on the other. It has been shown that, apart from the depolarizing action of microwaves upon excitable membranes, hyperpolarizing effects occur (rise in membrane potential of muscle fibres).

Electrophysiologic investigations of elementary excitable structures at an extremely low intensity of irradiation (5 uW/cm2) have revealed changes in a number of functional parameters and characteristics, namely, a slowed conduction of impulses, an increased synaptic delay, lengthening of latent and refractory periods, changes in action potential (all in isolated nerve and muscle fibres of the frog), inhibition of the impulse activity of single ganglionic neurons (the medicinal leech). Some of these results arc presented in Tables 3 to 5.

Results of studies on red blood cell membranes coupled with data on the influence of microwave irradiation on isolated excitable structures make it possible to hypothesize that the influence of microwaves on excitable cells is connected with alterations in the permeability of the cell membranes brought ab

>> No.11363200

out by changes in transport of ions, which influence the membrane potential.

Unfortunately, we do not have at present data on the precise physicochemical nature of the processes leading to changes in ion transport across membranes of the irradiated cells. Undoubtedly, these processes would be worth studying in greater detail.

Consideration of the possibility of a selective absorption of microwave energy at interfaces of heterogeneous biologic systems led to the assumption that the single physical mechanism - a selective absorption of electromagnetic field energy at the surfaces of colloid molecules, membranes and other cell constituents - underlies the various "non-thermal" biologic effects of electromagnetic fields. This may be true since the surface conductivity is increased within the double electric layer at the interfaces of biologic objects. Biophysical studies aiming at experimental testing of this assumption are being planned."

By the mid 70's altered calcium flux, particularly the Work of Bawin and Adey showing Ca2+ efflux from brain tissue, and downstream signaling had emerged as a non-thermal mechanism. Later, in the 90's, aberrant calcium influx leading to chronically elevated intracellular calcium was shown to be a primary one.

In short what is the best way to protect yourself?

>> No.11364151

Check the end of the document, there's a section on this.

Eliminating exposure is the only way of completely protecting yourself. Become active and eventually stop others from forcibly irradiating you, or flee, for a time, to where they haven't come to irradiate you, yet.

Check that section. Other than minimizing exposure there are ways of attenuating the damage.

>> No.11364155

Copied here:
Some thoughts on reducing health effects:

To my knowledge there is no feasible way to eliminate effects other than eliminating exposure, you can only attenuate the damage. Effects which are strictly "physical", and cause effects without any need for downstream amplification by a cell's own machinery, cannot be blocked at all. This technology is incompatible with life. It is anti-life.

Self. You can either:
-Attempt to normalize the pathological calcium flux to where it's back in a reasonable range. This isn't really feasible in general or long term, calcium flux is needed and blocking it will have side effects. Opioid antagnonists like naloxone, probably naltrexone, etc will block some effects. Action on opioid systems is downstream of activation of corticotropin releasing factor, a common stress response. Downstream of the opioid response there are strong cholinergoic system effects.
-Either bolster levels of, or reduce the load on endogenous antioxidant and free radical management systems. This would be with other compounds and removing anything that's compromising and contributing load to those systems, like heavy metals. Anything that increases the levels of glutathione (GSH) and the other enzymes, glutathione peroxidase / reductase (GPx, GSR), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) will help with this. Good gut flora and a high quality diet is beneficial.

"Supplements" (nutrients, minerals, etc):
-N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC)
600 - 1800 mg/day. Bioavailable form of cysteine, which along with glutamate is a precursor to glutathione, a primary endogenous antioxidant, chelator, etc. Cysteine is generally the rate limiting element in its production. It also is required for the synthesis of metallothioneins, which are ramped up in response to cellular stress.

-Vitamin C
Antioxidant, heavy metal chelator. Passed a threshold level scavenges NO, reconsitutes vitmain E and glutathione. Bulk L-ascorbate is fairly cheap, it can be made into sodium ascorbate by adding baking soda and water. It'll bubble for a moment as it reacts (pour slowly or use a large glass). This also makes it more readily soluble in water. Sodium ascorbate probably relies on an active sodium dependent transporter to cross the intestinal wall, and this machinery can be saturated (which along with the water attracting proeprties of sodium may be why this form of vitamin C causes watery stool more readily). Plain L-ascorbate crosses by passive diffusion, and is quite acidic. Large doses of ascorbate (>10 grams for several days) should be taken with minerals, ie magnesium, potassium, calcium, in citrate or chloride form. No silica or other junk.
-Vitamin E
In the form of mixed tocopherols
-Methylated folate.
Can't hurt. Benefits people with certain genetic factors who cannot methylate folate quickly.
-Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Theoretically helpful.

These are to support the glutathione system. Vitamin C is apparently a decent superoxide scavenger at a certain threshold cocnentration. Bypassing the superoxide dismutase->H2O2 pathway reduces demand on the catalase and glutathione system, and eliminates the potential for fenton reaction H2O2 -> hydroxyl radical generation. I don't know of any NO scavenger, some studies say that plant flavones do this, there's some evidence that theobromine (dark chocolate, tea, etc) works. Though it'd be ideal that managing the superoxide eliminates the peroxynitrite formation, there's reason to think this doesn't actually work with lower doses especially when they're at high concentrations.

-Co-q10
Mitochondrial support etc.

-Selenium
For example a few brazil nuts per day. 3 - 6. You have superoxide dismutases dependent on copper, manganese, and selenium. Selenium is also good for thyroid and hormonal function.
-Zinc

-Omega 3's
ALA from flax seed, though flax overall is estrogenic. DHA and EPA from fish. For these to be at all useful it's important that they are NOT oxidized, heated, rancid, etc. An omega 3 oil should not be "fermented" or heated, it should be cold pressed and refrigerated, some studies have shown regardless of what's on the lable, essentially all fish oils are rancid, have mercury, oxidized, etc. Flax oil in particular is not very stable, oxidizes quickly, and is best if fresh ground / pressed. Must be refrigerated.
-Calcium channel blockers
Ginseng, lavender, various others. Phenibut. Ginseng is highly estrogenic, not considered a male herb for long term use. One case of gynecomastia in the literature.

-Herbs and foods
Some herbs have been studied against RF exposure:
-Ginseng

Others you could expect to be beneficial:
-Brain
Hemidesmus indicus, bacopa monierri, centella asiatica, celastrus paniculatus. Withania somnifera, asparagus racemosus.
-Liver
Oregon grape, milk thistle. Polygonum multiflorum.
-Cardiovascular and brain
Cacao
I'm not sure about. Some ryanodine receptor action (causes the sarco/endoplasmic reticulum to dump its Ca2+ stores into the cytoplasm), increased NOS activity, and some other things might be very bad while being irradiated, despite all its flavonols, antioxidants, magnesium, etc. However theobromine is apparent a very good NO scavenger. It's hard to say how it nets out.
-Caffeine and the other methylxanthines
Pure caffeine is known to cause cells to release their internal Ca2+ store into the cytoplasm, possibly by a ryanodine receptor related mechanism. This may enhance microwave effects.
[m]NATO - Page 95
"An additional feature of caffeine and several other methylxanthines (theophylline and IBMX) which is important for investigations of [Ca2+]i signaling is their ability to activate Ca2+-gated Ca2+- release channels, thus inducing Ca2+ liberation from internal stores. The discovery of caffeine as a potent Ca2+ mobilizer from the internal stores came from investigations of caffeine-induced contractures in skeletal and cardiac muscle. This elevation persists in Ca2+-free extracellular solution, thus suggesting its origination from intracellular structures, cf.
[...]
The action of methylxanthines on [Ca2+]i is clearly intracellular and at millimolar drug concentrations [Ca2+]i elevation develops rapidly, indicating that methylxanthines are approaching their intracellular targets quite fast. [...] it has been shown that methylxanthines indeed freely penetrate cellular membrane and the intracellular caffeine concentration equilibrates with the external concentration with a time constant of about 8 sec.

Caffeine and other methylxanthines released Ca2+ from the internal stores in nerve cells in a concentration-dependent manner."
However one paper has indicated theophylline had a protective effect at very high power densities.
Xu 2007 - Theophylline attenuates microwave-induced impairment of memory acquisition.

-Synthetic compounds
Phenibut is all that comes to mind, and has been studied in reducing brain damage during and after strokes. This validates some other data showing its primary high affinity target is a subunit of the calcium channel, with the GABA-B actually being a distant second. It hasn't been studied against RF directly.

Anyway, a ;lot of people and more mainstream articles seem to indirectly imply you can just fortify yourself, buy some supplements, and then you can live exposed to this. Some people talk about a shift in man's "consciousness" and we're just going to adapt to these new frequencies and energies. This is lot like saying an animal is going to adapt to being lowered into a volcano, and eventually it'll just be in the lava and A-okay.

I discuss surveillance and technocracy in the document. The geopolitical and social aspects, and globalism aren't the primary focus (or an area I'm the most familiar with). There's a small section on that towards the end and in the 5G section.

5G as a surveillance apparatus, and "technocracy".
The purpose of this document is to elaborate history and health effects of this field, but there are a number of aspects that bear mentioning in considering the overarching reason why any of this is even happening.

Past and present of technocracy with Patrick Wood
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mA9ZwgPIDtM

The overarching trajectory of the world is presently towards globalization, and eventually a Soviet-style planned economy. Which entails maximizing mobility of labor (eg through open borders, trade deals, and formation of megaregions), while minimizing free and unchecked movement. Contain->Quantify->Control.
To facilitate this you would want to move most people into high density housing in dense population centers, connected together by high speed rail etc.
https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/outcomedocuments/agenda21
You would want persistent digital identity as a way to profile and monitor individuals, and to connect to a surveillance grid. We already see this rapidly taking form in China with their Social Credit system. Smart cameras will watch you everywhere you go, they are able to determine identity, emotional state, whether you're alone or moving with a group, certain biometrics like heart rate, breathing, perspiration, and perhaps on the horizon even as fine grained as blood sugar and hormonal state. Your routine will be tracked and collated into a central psychological profile. The smart appliances in the home, which will eventually be every appliance sold whether it be a refrigerator, television, or Alexa, will monitor, listen, and report. Many products sold will contain RFID chips, urban scanning radar affixed to LED streetlights can then, in addition to monitoring your movement, know the exact identity and placement of products in the home, rate and temporal pattern of use, and other data which would add to the central planning model. And determine your social credit.
