how long does it ACTUALLY take for you from first day at school to the day you earn a full salary?

how much of other sciences do you learn?

what does it mean if mucus from only one nostril has some red pulp and some whitish looking pulp in it? I think I've had sinusitis for a long time, as in years. One nostril is always inflamed. A while back it used to switch sometimes it would be the right sometimes the left. Lately it's pretty much always been the right. lately when i have to blow it (which i have to do like 20 times a day) there's been some red and whitish pulpy looking stuff in the mucus on the right. The left mucus is still as clear as ever though.

In my alarm and annoyance I bought a nasal spray yesterday. apo beclomethasone. Helps with the inflammation I guess, it gets stuffed up much less often so far.

Just fucking don't. What the fuck do you even want to get from this glorified blue collar job?

If you want money, you better already live in a first world country and get ready to memorize absolute everything to compete against indians. Otherwise, hope you enjoy being paid less than 10 dollars an hour and make people the same questions every 10 minutes.

>> No.11328147

To answer your questions,
It takes from 6 to 8 years depending on the country to become a general doctor and pretty much beg for money. The US requires you to have a residency to practice, which is 3 years more, probably need 3 more years to become a true specialist. To earn a full salary you must work 2 or 3 jobs almost everywhere in the world.

Everything is theoretical, but you do have to examine all the patients. You may want to know how to sew wounds and administer IV drugs.

Most places dissect animals and you don't learn a single fucking shit from it.

You'll probably want to kill yourself because all you do is identify and remember shit. Depending on the place you'll be doing a janitor's job, running from here to there with samples and such. As I said, a glorified blue collar job.

Medicine is it's own trade within the field of biology. You don't need anything else.

You have to be social because you have to suck the other old fart's dicks all the time. It's the only way to get a job anywhere. Also you'll be dealing with a lot of people, mainly shitty ignorant and rude people who don't give a shit about their own health.

If you're not getting paid well, the quality of life of a medic is a very dumb idea.

Medfags, I am type 1 diabetic.

All doctors tell me I am suicidal because my a1c is 5.1, which I achieve through exercise and a low carb diet. I use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and my average blood sugar reading is 109 with a standard deviation of 23 mg/dl (very tight). Recently, my doctor refused to refill my insulin prescription because he is so concerned about my low a1c. Is he correct? Because I'm kinda thinking FUCK DOCTORS.

By the way, I fully recovered from central pontine myelinolysis as a results of rapid sodium restoration after diabetic ketoacidosis from when I was undiagnosed. Again, FUCK DOCTORS. ama because I think that is rare.

I forgot to tell y'all to enjoy your 6 figure medical debt and wageslaving at 30 years old after wasting your 20s. I'm 22, 91k salary in engineering, fresh outta college, no debt, 40 hour work week.

You doctors thought you could kill me with your malpractice. But you just cannot stop the engineering shitposters. I forgot to mention that the doctors popped my lung my lung while trying to put a line in my while I was unconscious. Probably because I was 115 lb at 5'9", from the ketoacidosis.

I saw two doctors before my hospitalization. I was like 125 lb at 5'9", complaining of fatigue and stomach ache. I got an endo to scope my stomach the day before my hospitalization and I had complete gastroparesis, and STILL no one did a blood sugar test. Doctors are so fucking retarded and it's too bad that AI won't replace them in our lifetimes.

I don't have gastroparesis anymore, it was just a temporary symptom from having ridiculously high blood sugars and diabetic ketoacidosis. I don't know if you have it, it's not common. But you are correct, it is a complication of diabetes for all of the dumb fat fags that can't manage to keep their a1c below 6.

When I go to Chipotle I always eat a full bowl of meat, rice, etc. (or at least I used to, now I substitute the rice for more meat). Just before my hospitalization, I went to Chipotle when I had the gastroparesis, and I couldn't eat more than a couple bites before there was an intense burning and pressure on my lower esophageal sphincter. I also felt very full and couldn't stomach to eat anymore. So that is what it felt like for me, I don't know what you mean by unable to eat normally.

5G as a surveillance apparatus, and "technocracy".
The purpose of this document is to elaborate history and health effects of this field, but there are a number of aspects that bear mentioning in considering the overarching reason why any of this is even happening.

Past and present of technocracy with Patrick Wood
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mA9ZwgPIDtM

The overarching trajectory of the world is presently towards globalization, and eventually a Soviet-style planned economy. Which entails maximizing mobility of labor while minimizing free movement. Contain->Quantify->Control.
To facilitate this you would want to move most people into high density housing in dense population centers, connected together by high speed rail etc.
https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/outcomedocuments/agenda21
You would want persistent digital identity as a way to profile and monitor individuals, and to connect to a surveillance grid. We already see this rapidly taking form in China with their Social Credit system. Smart cameras will watch you everywhere you go, they are able to determine identity, emotional state, whether you're alone or moving with a group, certain biometrics like heart rate, breathing, perspiration, and perhaps on the horizon even as fine grained as blood sugar and hormonal state. Your routine will be tracked and collated into a central psychological profile. The smart appliances in the home, which will eventually be every appliance sold whether it be a refrigerator, television, or Alexa, will monitor, listen, and report. Many products sold will contain RFID chips, urban scanning radar affixed to LED streetlights can then, in addition to monitoring your movement, know the exact identity and placement of products in the home, rate and temporal pattern of use, and other data which would add to the central planning model. And determine your social credit.

Unironically, biophysics and a bit of mechanical engineering. If you understand bioelectromagnetics you can bypass a lot of the issues with optical processing and sensors, go straight to a hard metric of tissue damage, whicvh is increased heat, altered voltage, and different EMR emission. Dielectric properties of a region of tissue will also be different. This allows the use of magnetic fields to diagnose precisely the manner and degree of injury.

It's not actually an easy problem to solve, but trying to mimic the human senses is not exactly the correct approach imo.

start with man-machine interfaces and different methods of electrical pickup. The rest is all just sensors and collating their inputs.

I had a fever yesterday at night (its 10 am where I live) and went to the bathroom several times during the night to take big loads of diarrhea, I just went 10 minutes ago and still the same.

Are you a real dentist? Is Oligopeptide P11-4 a meme or legit?

>> No.11338260

While we're on the topic of dentistry:
>brush teeth at least twice a day for 3 years
>barely drink soda or sugary things
>figure it's time for a dentist checkup
>need 6 fillings, all between teeth because apparently I need to floss
>get the fillings and some fluoride treatment, and become completely anal about my dental hygeine
>floss and mouthwash every day, brush teeth twice a day regardless of what I'm doing
>go back to the dentist a year later
>need 4 fillings and a fucking root canal
What the fucking fuck is this shit? The dentist said it's probably remnants from when I wasn't flossing and gave me some fluoride toothpaste. But why does this keep happening? I've upped my milk intake and have started taking vitamin D, but that's all I think I can do.

Its mean to treat the onset of cavities,it is seen as white spots when you blast a tooth with a compressed air.
I dont think any of the consumer versions contain the real active ingredient considering that the tooth needs to be acid etched on the white spot first and then the gel applied.
As for your cavities are you using mouth wash?
Also its common practice to have a dental checkup every 6 months,a period of 3 years between visits is way too long.

Guy in Beijing here.
I was 4 days with flu-like symptoms, VERY slight. A bit of sore throat, a bit of swears and fatigue. Today at night temperature rose to 37.2. I thought it was just a cold and tomorrow I had to catch a flight, but just in case I had been sheltering from everyone and everything, always wearing mask and gloves.

My question is: should I still go to the airport or hospital first? Maybe it's still just a flu and I heard they DO check if you have the coronavirus at the airport.
