It's Kurzgesagt, not your misspelling of it.

Kurzgesagt is a German channel and "kurzgesagt" in German roughly translates to "in a nutshell" in English which is why their YouTube name is now "Kurzgesagt - In a Nutshell"

BUT the cool thing is that the literal meaning of "kurzgesagt" is basically "shortly said". Because "kurz" in German means short, like "kurzes Haar" means "short hair", and "gesagt" in German is the past-tense version of "sagen", which means "to say". And obviously to say something shortly, or briefly, is to describe it in a nutshell, which is why the closest equivalent phrase in English is "in a nutshell".

So yeah, the literal translation of "kurzgesagt" is "shortly said" (or maybe more accurately "short said" but obviously "shortly said" conveys the meaning better).

Explain how one can be indignant about bro-science and then not find such pursuits equally repulsive. The qualm that I have with calling things bro-science comes from the label being appended to the broader subject when its the slovenly, half wit presenters/expounders that people reflexively despise. The reason for their disdain is also not even related to the remedial, uninformative explanations these people offer its the fact that its gregarious, neurotypical, and neotenize men explaining those ideas and nothing more which they then associate with bro culture, except that bro culture as it was originally conceived by the neurotic effeminate gen x'er/late millenial is really frat and frat-adjacent culture, drinking, video games, having all male social circles, slovenly dress, a lack of refinement of speech and maturity. But, that is not descriptive of this more masculine skewing correctly described neck beard breed of pop-sci retards, they are also quite effeminate compared to actual bros and anyone who has spent time in the subcultures these people are really hateful towards would know that those man-children are not wanted there either. Pop-science is trash, but it is not broscience, which would be closer to lifting forum and TRP/manosphere folk science which is ironically often more rigorous and interesting than pop-science bullshit like epigenetics, AI cultism and Tesla engineering trash, and idiot QM explanations.

I'm not German and a German person might even correct what I'm saying since my German knowledge is very limited, but I'm pretty damn sure that "kurzgesagt" still means "shortly said" or that sort of thing, since "kurz" is short and "gesagt" means said, that is, the past tense version of "to say".

1.They flicker, especially the cheap ones (i.e. the ones that the majority of people will buy).
2. They don't have uniform brightness at every angle like a glowing filament does, they only look brightest when looking straight at the front "lens".
3. The blue colour looks unnatural and too intense because it's literally just one wavelength compared to traditional coloured bulbs
4. If you're going for a white light setup, matching colour temps between sets is going to be a pain in the ass. With incandescent bulbs they're always going to look the same because they're literally just a glowing piece of wire

It's not inaccurate it's just contextually irritating if you refer to water as H2O because you think science is cool and not because it's actually practical to call it H2O. This is fundamentally everyone's problem with popsci. Popsci is socially destructive because it changes the mass population's opinion of what humans should and should not be capable of doing given our current understanding of the universe. It's the reason why people think it's ridiculous that we don't have flying cars in 2020 or the hoverboard from back to the future, because some popsci asshole did a dipshit halfassed job of teaching them about the meissner effect and superconductors, and now they see no logical reason why we haven't mastered levitation yet, all because they saw youtube bideo with floating magnet.
