It’s possible that consciousness itself could be considered a pocket dimension. You aren’t traversing a new dimension when you trip, you’re altering your state of mind.

You’re argument is that because we don’t know what the mind is on a technical level (we probably do to some extent) that the mind is something unknown. We all have and use minds, so all of us have a general idea of what it is.
I’m saying if the mind is a pocket dimensions, taking DMT wouldn’t be a new dimension it would just be a distortion of an existing one.
