how far fetched neural implants that make us super human actually are ?

Less far fetched than you learning proper English anytime soon.

Doesn't seem impossible, but I bet our society/economy collapses before we get there. Most of the countries that are doing the research are having serious issues with birth rates, immigration, etc.

You can tell from the scar behind Joe Rogan's ear that he has this exact implant.

They aren't that far fetched, but I don't want to hype them anymore. New neural interfaces will help us learn more about the brain and may show if such things are possible or not. There may be limitations to these neural interfaces. Neuralink and other's tech may not be able to target certain regions of the brain. There are likely to be downsides. People with metal in their skull can't go swimming because the metal can get infected. It has been suggested, but not yet proven that learning to use neural interfaces may come at the expense of other skills in the brain. It has been suggested(BUT NOT PROVEN), that learning to use a motor area neural interface to control a computer may cause you to not be able to play violin or some other really fine skill. Neurallink's tech does not appear to be reversible either, so is better tech for electrodes comes out, you may be screwed. I am highly doubtful the FDA will allow what neuralink has currently proposed as an elective procedure for at the very least 10 years.

We've done some work on that in crabs:

Hippocampal prostheses, where part of a mouse's hippocampus has been emulated by a computer, have also been demonstrated:
