How can the universe both be deterministic and probabilistic at the same time?
Is the universe just not sensible enough to conditions?
Are there hidden variables?
Am I retarded?

Depends how you test it, I seriously doubt determinism as that would contradict free will which I have experimentally proven I have.

The probability distributions evolve deterministically.

Would hooking wires to each of your neurons then sending them random signals increase or decrease your free will?

I don't get your point.

your experiment is shit.

it's not both at the same time.
