How do you get more energy if you get regular exercise and sleep but can't do anything but lie in bed all day?

How do you know if you have "depression" and aren't just emotionally weak, lazy and oversensitive? Like aren't you just a whiny child if you can't fix yourself and don't see yourself as being worth anything to anyone if you're like this at 22?

Can you really get depressed without going through any real suffering aside from memories of social interactions from months ago replaying in your head?

It is depression. You don't have to be suicidal to be depressed. Sometimes you just don't want to get out of bed because you prefer to do nothing.

I think negative memories are reinforced by a pre-existing dopamine imbalance. I know I can't get adrenaline rushes anymore, and haven't gotten any in years, and I doubt I'll ever get one again.

Bupropion (Wellbutrin) is a drug of abuse in rheseus monkeys who self administer it in the same intensity as methamphetamine. Its sure as fuck not euphoric in humans. Sometimes there are small differences in the neurological anatomy of species that wildly change drug effects. Amphetamine at therapeutic doses is not known to be neurotoxic in humans.

because nobody has ever put a human to sleep and dissected their brain after 1 month of adderral usage, like they did with the primates in the study. and there are humans for whom bupropion is euphoric, crush XR pills and abuse it, just search for it on the internet.

whether something damages your brain or not is not related to it being euphoric or not. cases where it causes permanent damage to the brain provenly exist. there is no study done where they examined the same properties of a brain and found no degeneracy after 1 month of "therapeutic" amphetamine usage.

you can be sad, sometimes it's called grief and eventually you come out of it and go back to normality. But when there is persistence of the symptoms, maybe is depression and you need medications. Somethings psychotherapy helps a lot too.

If you are sad psychoorientation, counseling or just talking with a friend can help. But if you are depressed you may feel not sad most of the time.

Is not sleeping for 3 days normal if you're obsessed with a girl?
how to fix the depression?
I can sleep the entire day away if I'm more relaxed than usual, I always had a lot of energy even a year ago compared to now
I'm taking magnesium and vitamin d supplements and I'm not overweight and I exercise regularly enough but its a lot more tiring than before like 5km jog every other day
