not-lazy (and not homeless) people are over-represented among CEOs, so the ratio of clean shaven men is higher than in the general population

you generally see CEOs when they do a planned public appearance. if you only looked at non-CEO people the day they're gonna do a public appearance, the ratio of clean shave would be far higher.
