Well, it is objective whether or not an individual enjoys something. But people find 'horseshoe theory' swing around on something so bad it is novel in its level of being horrendous. This shock value of being so bad it mesmerizes you is another objective phenomenon.

However, quality is a broad assessment, not always falling uniquely into 'bad and good'. It can be a lot more outside of that single axis.
