I appreciate you providing a source, but there's 34 areas listed on that regional map. Your source gives only 12 of them, leaving 22 unaccounted for. If the map is an extrapolation of those 12 than that's fine. But someone needs to state this as listing each area with a specific IQ but not giving an individual analysis. However if the map is based on the estimates given by the first comment posted on that link which gives no source then that is insufficient.
