How do I biologically prime myself to crave social interaction? I'm perfectly OK with being by myself most of the time, and social situations make me uneasy (I always want to go back to being alone when interacting with others). On the other hand, I like the idea of being normal, having friends and doing cool stuff with them. Is there a way to make me crave social interactions? I feel like it's the part of the brain that say "what am I even doing here? I don't want this. I want to be left alone" which makes me socially awkward and uneasy.

It sounds like you already have the craving you're looking for, so nurture that by going out meeting people you like spending time with and dedicating more time to it. You'll see that you mentally adjust

I am exactly for you. Thankfully, I met autists like me and realized the issue was the people I spent time with, not socializing in itself.
Find people you like, people you share interests with. You'll never like "normies" and it's perfectly fine, you shouldn't feel bad about it.

>We're basically chemical factories, yes?
>We have limited supply of biochemicals
>Takes time to get more biochemicals
>enter screens
>we're spending all our energy on screens and then have little left for others

I'm a little worried fellas

Once you have good experiences and validation, you will continue to want more.

Check in to hospital/detox place. That's what will have to happen to break away. This alone is like a drug, being around people that is.
My God. Actual socialization. Surreal.

In the hospital/detox. When they break down, that's where they go.

I don't have craving. I'm an autist, loner, asocial, asexual, etc. Don't feel the pull or feel the need to socialize. I have met people with very strong urge to socialize to point of need to socialize every day with other people. Disregarding that makes them "sick". The opposite is true for me where I have a strong pull to be asocial, to the point that I can avoid socializing with people for years and socializing events make me sick.

I don't envy them and they don't envy me. Just be happy with yourself, you don't need others to be happy.
