You aren't addicted to dopamine you buffoon. Simply speaking, endogenous opioids are what cause a sense of gratification. Dopamine is what compels you to gratify yourself. If you want to lessen the severity of such compulsions you need to spend time denying yourself gratification. The 'dopamine system' will readjust once it perceives that a certain compulsion is no longer met with a reward. Go on a 'pleasure fast' and recondition yourself to derive primary reward from productive activities. After a while that is what you will feel more compelled to do.

Stop the addiction is a first step, like watching porn, sex, video games, eating sugar, smoking, drinking, drugs etc. They give a pleasure but only for a couple of seconds/minutes at best, but will hurt you in time and you will become a an addict out of control, i know this from experience. You both need dopamine and serotonin, but serotonin is more important for you, serotonin it does not give you addiction like dopamine in the long run.
