It has been calculated that if we burnt off the entire outer layer of the earths crust in a single moment, we still would need 10 times the emissions for it to cause a runaway greenhouse effect. So that fear is off the table. OR IS IT?

So let's assume the average global temp keeps rising. Will snow become extinct at some point aside from high altitude mountains? Followup question: Could we reverse global warming to the extent of causing an ice age of sorts?

Now about food. It goes without saying that as tiem moves forward the potential for certain food sources to dissipate increases regardless of human activity. Suffice to say, we will never have to struggle for food. We might have to accept certain things being scrapped from the menu, but we will always have food.
