The Sci/Tech, Aircraft Projects, and Military Projects forums have little nuggets hidden all over. The RATS section of ATS is supposedly where he posted the naughty stuff on ATS (RATS isn't indexed), but too cheap to pay for a subscription to browse. The Dugway thing is by far the most interesting 'conspiracy' to me. I have only been able to find it discussed on ATS. Even then, it's purposefully obfuscated and specifics are almost non-existent.
