Couldnt anyone study for an IQ test?
>its not something you can study
You also cant memorize formulas and answers for something like the LSAT but theres still a method to get a perfect score
why cant IQ be studied for the same way?

And if i study for an IQ test, and get like a 200, would I get Grants and become part of MENSA???

Yes, you can study and do better on them.
They are used as rough indicators of your cognitive abilities.
You can always study and do better on ANY standardized test.

Couple of things.
Repeat IQ testing on the same IQ test decreases accuracy.
Studying for an IQ test, like the SAT, can only increase your score marginally.
Also, there are types of IQ test that are harder to study for, like the Cattell Culture Fair, which uses non-verbal visual puzzles.
As such, studying or training for such tests would only increase your score, by at the very most, a standard deviation.
In other words, you would already have to have a substantial IQ (185-189) to score 200 on an IQ test via the use of studying, or training.

I should also clarify, that "200" isn't a scale used in modern classification.
Take, for instance, the WAIS IQ test, one of the most common, their classification is:
130 and above: Very Superior
120-129: Superior
109-119: High Average
90-109: Average
80-89: Below Average
70-79: Borderline
69 and below: Extremely Low
So, taking this into consideration, to score as "Very Superior", you would need to at least, already have an IQ of 115-119 (High Average to near Superior).

IQ studies a particular intelligence the one of memory, perception, spatial, pattern finding logic, language less.

Its not a perfect test but it approaches something. Asians are the best at this. Africans are the worst at this.
