Why are humans suddenly devolving into primitive beings? Until now throughout history, homonids have been evolving to become more and more intelligent. Homo erectus and the Neanderthals were replaced by more intelligent Homo sapiens. Survival of the fittest was supposed to ensure that more intelligent people have better chances of surviving. But today for the first time, the reverse is happening. Birth rates are going down among high IQ races (East Asians, Whites), and birth rates are soaring among low IQ races (Blacks, Indians etc.). If there are no White people left in the world, which will be a reality in a few centuries' time, will humanity plummet into a primitive state like how early homonids lived? Is intelligence necessarily a positive evolutionary trait? If so, why does low intelligence seem like a more favourable trait for survival and expansion in the modern world among humans?

What you are saying isn't rational.
The only study I know of that communicates a change in IQ over time in a population is the flynn effect.
The flynn effect contradicts what you are putting forth. Are you a charlatan?

Modern Western lifestyle makes people have less children. On the other hand, third worlders continue to live in a pre-industrial lifestyle and have more children. The larger reproductive capacity will taper off as people become more educated. Globalisation is a real thing and in 100 years practically everyone will be college educated. In the mean time the population will fracture into smaller groups and the cognitive elite will breed with one another, while the general population temporarily degenerates. I don't think 100 years is long enough for the elite to be at a super crazy genetic advantage so things should be fine. But try as hard as you can to be in the elite anyway.

Flynn effect is due to environment, and as such it is unsistainable if the underlying genetic trends are dysgenic. Also, Flynn effect is only valid in individual countries, it does not hold globally. This is an example of Simpson's paradox in statistics. Humanity as a whole is indeed stagnating or even getting stupider on average.

When did you last check? NGOs had lots of success in lowering birthrates in Africa by giving easy access to birth control, educating everyone about sex and reproduction, and by sending girls to school. But those gains were short lived. Pretty much every community's birth rates return to where they were once the NGO leaves. And in some areas even when the NGO stays around, the birth rates start to go up again. Africans simply don't care about overpopulation. Nagging them only works in the short term.

Culture plays a huge role here. Muslims got women tamed. Western societies have high promiscuity.
