We can you retard.

E=MC^2 You can create matter from energy or energy from matter.

Any Feynman diagram can be rotated 90 degrees and it still works.
So turn it so that fermions come out - presto, matter created. Happens in particle accelerators all the time.

Thinking really hard. Focusing really hard one one point one space. I mean maybe but it works? How can I know? If I created a single atom I wouldn’t notice anyways. I would have to create trillions to even begin to notice. That’s tough.

Shouldn’t the result of that equation have a modifier to account for a slight loss of information in transition, or is there none?

We might be able to do so soon.
The boys with the big lasers are trying to test the Schwinger effect.
They are working on a plasma mirror that can handle high energy laser pulses as well as doppler shift the pulse to a shorter wavelength resulting in a shorter, higher power pulse.

We actually can create matter, it just requires an incredible amount of energy to do. Remember how E=MC2 shows that a ton of energy can be created by a little bit of matter? That can be done in reverse, creating a little bit of matter from a ton of energy.
