Let's say that for any given question, there are 1000 wrong ways to ask it, out of a total 1,000,000 ways to ask it. The optimal ratio for asking questions would then be > 1/1000. I could make a thread on /lit/ asking for a more precise measure, but we don't actually need to know their answer to start using the value they would come up with. We can simply call it the elocution constant, or e for short, and start reasoning about the rest of the problem in a similar fashion.
