Can a brainlet get into physics?
Asking for a friend

Sure. Formulae are simple like F=ma, E=mc^2, etc.
The difficulty is a /sci/ meme.

Depends on the program. Community college physics with take-home exams and a nice, slow progression through the material? Totally. A renowned, fast-paced university physics program with weed-out courses for engineers and premeds? Absolutely not.

To what extent do you want to know/learn physics. Do you enjoy the subject or do you just enjoy hearing about it in the news or documentaries?
There is this retarded idea that you should get into a subject you think you might enjoy, but I can say for sure that science and engineering often gets so specialized and interdisciplinary that unless you find joy or fulfillment from the work, you'll hate your job and life.

Yes, you just have to work hard and pray.

>> No.11044098

yes but you'll end up losing your time (and money) as you will probably never have any future in the field. Invest your time in something productive and fulfying, but not science. Leave that work to the genius and the genious only, you better enjoy life. that's my avise.

honestly, no.
sure he can learn some of it (maybe even a lot of it) as a hobby. but he will not be a physicist.
