Hey brainiacs /biz/ fag here help a retard out ?please redpill on the actual risk of alcohol consumption.
Just started drinking 2/3 bottle of vodka 2-3X week. In last 9 months due boredom.
Is this dangerous ? I’m 220lb 6ft 1 over 40
Exercise a bit.
I don’t do any other drugs.
I do date a lot of hideous over 35+ women though.

Drink Coca-Cola instead. Still unhealthy, but also has a somewhat addictive property to it (mostly due to sugar) and it's enormously better than alcohol considering health risks and mortality.

Any amount of alcohol is too much. In Brazil, the maximum permissible amount of alcohol in your system is 0 (zero). Any higher than that and you're getting a heavy fine.
