I'm going to interpret this sudden gap in your posting as you being unable to find 4chan's terms of service, as am I. Pretty sure they don't exist.
I've checked the rules page, FAQ, legal page, and the disclaimer and wouldn't yah know it, I can't seem to find any terms of service, nor any promise or statement that the mods will delete personal information or dox, just that it's against the rules.
Also I notice that in the disclaimer, which you are required to accept before accessing any boards from the from page, states that users, and not 4chan, own their posts, meaning 4chan can't be held responsible for anything that a user were to post. I assume this wouldn't excuse illegal content but that isn't pertinent seeing as dox is not illegal content and is protected by the first amendment.

So the first thing I get from this is that this is a contract law. meaning you would have to have signed a contract. Seeing as 4chan does not even have a terms of service I sincerely doubt you signed a contract with them at any point. Second I would point out that this applies to the parties who signed a contract, seeing as any posts on 4chan are not generated or owned by 4chan, but by whatever user, this would not apply, you would have to have signed a contract with that user, you could argue that them continuing to host the post counts, but you'd have to prove they knew of the post and intentionally continued hosting it knowing and intending for it to hurt you in some way. Or at least that's my reading
