if anything we should only use those sources of energy in places where they'll be efficient, for example a floating island on venus since the sun energy there is 4x more potent and since the planet day is longer than its year, remaining on the day side with a solar power plant will achieve what nuclear power haven't achieved yet but soon will, "eternal energy".
we will never run out of solar energy in a place like venus.
but still we should improve nuclear plants and nuclear energy, it'll be more efficient in the long run and benefit us all.
I can't wait until humanity figure out how to harvest the space itself.

We'll have all the downsides of both without most of the upsides, and the aesthetics will continue to look like crap being tacked on to the 80s-90s.
If you want a vision of the future, it is a van with an obvious TV screen bolted to the side to show you advertising. Now the ad-screens are digital, but they look like cheap crap rather than the slick futuristic setpieces of an 80s film.

They don't exist. All sorts of reasons can be found. And all sorts of cheap politicians will provide easily understood quick fixes against poverty, none of which turnout to work.
I know several in startups that never got successful and are poor.
I know people who ended up with health problems that killed their careers, leaving them poor.
I know people with severe dyslexia who should have otherwise have been greatly successful.
There are no common factors in the root cause.

For day time electricity, yes. If you also want to store energy for night time you need more, and even more is required if you want to synthesize fuel from CO2 and H2O using electricity (and a lot of it).

Also energy storage is usually done with pumped-storage hydroelectricity or batteries. Everything else is inefficient and not competitive.
