When someone thinks of a "genius" they usually think of a mathematician like Terence Tao, Sir Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Gauss, or Professor Moriarty. Sometimes they think about musician or artist but usually mathematicians are considered the smartest.
But I met Terence Tao and he didn't seem too smart, he even said in an interview that he spent most of his time in graduate school playing video games. I would say that almost no mathematicians possess the ability to reach the capability of even the average surgeon. They are not capable of operating under such stress. Their memory is too poor. They are incapable of managing a team of specialized colleagues. You will never, ever be able to do this.PhDs are not challenging, and most do not matter. Surgery is challenging, and it matters every single time.
See this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmZJgMMC2i8&t=0
That video is only an example. Many plastic surgeons for example refuse to perform vain surgeries and only help people who true problems, such as deformities that are causing them to be outcast by their peers etc. That's a huge deal and you personally are changing a persons life.
I think that people do not realize how few doctors exist. The doctor in that video, there are only about 6,000 cardiac surgeons in the entire USA. That is 1 surgeon for every ~50,000 people.

So is your claim that Surgeons more or less are geniuses and comparable because they help people and do something that benefits mankind?

125-130 IQ is not genius. They may seem like a genius relative to a 100 IQ individual but still not a 'genius'.

The fact that Tao was able to make it through mathematics grad. school while mostly playing video games proves he IS a genius, he didn't even have to work hard to do what he did.
