Weapons grade ur**** is too hard to scarce of a resource.
It can't be used reliably and serves much better in a research setting. Maybe used in remote areas like Alaska or the North Pole, because that would be Kino as fuck.

It won't take more than an year or two to teach the general population to live electricity free.

Why? Electricity is vital to teach the masses how to think from the telescreens.

But doesn't work at night or is certain weather. Combining with battery stations is not practical for 100% renewable right now. We really fucking need a few nuke plants on every major grid.

I can't say much right now, but we are in a very... central... location, and we are making leaps and bounds. And believe me, once this project is released to the public and optimized to the point that the average person can afford it, you're not even going to remember saying this.

Neither does nuclear. France and Germany had to temporarily shut down some of their reactors because water was too hot and its flow was too weak due to the heat waves.

>not practical for 100% renewable right now.

entire nations are 100% renewable for decades,
Some US states are100% renewable for decades, because of hydroelectricity, in sunny locations solar-thermic can run all year round 24/7
Also you don't suddenly switch from 100% fossil to 100% renewable, it's a gradual process and it takes decades,

Kansan here. Our state is very windy, flat, and full of a lot of nuffin. Yeah, sure the electricity is cheap here, but wind is pretty ill suited to being set up in places that actually exist and arent just a vaguely definable coffee stain on the map. Point is, urban development, wooded areas and actual landmarks are contradictory with wind power.

It should have been invested into solar or wind. Nuclear research is a money sink and we need to kill it right now. Good thing France is killing it. I hope the investors have hate nuclear now.
