The object in the shade is not reflecting light. Which means it's not reflecting heat. Which means it's insulated from heat loss. The increased insulation helps it to retain the heat it captures from the ground so the temperature goes up.

You've posted some guy measuring the temperature across some object, that's not proof at all you retard. What most likely happened if he's not outright lying is that he brought this object outside, initially being at room temperature. He "shaded" (insulated) one side with the box, but not the other. One side was directly exposed to the cool night wind and so cooled down faster, while the other had it's slight infrared emission partially reflected back towards the object, but more importantly was just shielded from the wind.

Building on this I would also add how the light changes the density of the air causing dissipation of heat into the environment via the air circulating around the moon radiated object. You could take an object in sunlight, check it's temp, and then use a magnifying glass to concentrate some moonlight on it from a distance, so as not to shade it or otherwise disrupt anything other than hitting it with some focused moonlight, and see if it gets cooler.

Space is cold. Very cold. When you are facing the night sky, everything is radiating its heat off into space. Clouds act as a sort of blanket to slow this loss of heat. Any opaque object between the thermometer and space would form a similar barrier. So if you're under... say a leafy tree or a gazebo, it *will* be warmer as heat is lost at a lower rate that the exposed areas 'outside.' Proof? Repeat the experiment on a clear, starry, *moonless* night. Same result. The presence of the Moon and its alleged cold light have no bearing on the changes. The difference is exposure to a clear sky or not.

Find any image of a full moon, then use photoshop to adjust the levels, there will be zero difference in tone anywhere except on surface feature shadows.
