After years of researched I've compiled a no nonsense routine that will give you a super humanly fast high speed brain. If you follow this regime your mind will simply operate on a whole another level, you'll have matrix reflexes, be able to process large chunks of information in seconds, laser focus, sharp as shit wit, and a crisp vivid memory beyond what you thought possible. If you're shit at your job, following this will probably make you a top performer. No magic, just hard work.
Here's the routine:
1. Dual N Back software (20 minutes) Quick to learn, Get good at it and work your way up 20 level Quad N Back.
2. Juggling (15 minutes) - Work your way up to being able to juggle 4 balls in each hand.
3. Coin catch (15 minutes) - An old boxing training method, get to the point were you can toss 5 in the air and catch them before they get below your waist.
4.Dodging balls/punches ( 15 minutes) - Draw a 5 feet circle around yourself and try not leave it while dodging. The point is rely as little on footwork and strategy as possible while emphasizing instinct, reflex, and, will as much as possible. When you get good enough...do it blindfolded.
5. Meditation/prayer (20 minutes) - it can be any sort of meditation. Present awareness meditation would probably be most ideal
6. Mental Multiplication (20 minutes) - start with DOUBLE DIGITS, be relaxed and focus. This part is very difficult which is also build mental toughness and as well as mathematic and concentration ability
Lastly, watch Bioneers video spider sense and and apply his tips/execises into your life.

Routine/progressions: you dont have to do all the exercises in one day. You can do 3-4 one day and then 3-4 the other day. As you get better feel free to extend the time spent practicing each exercises to an hour each.

Diet/Nutrition: I highly reccomend Matcha Tea. Look b-compxes, gaba, omega 3s, and other notable brain boosters.

Hello i have a question in which stage you will be able to dodge bullet shots while using black glasses and dark wear?

I could do 6x6 or 7x7 multiplication when I was younger but this dual n back is hard

My brain is slow

No, I'm too lazy. Also, you're retarded if you think any benefits derived from these exercises would be placebos. These studies and common sense should be enough for you to deduce why engaging in all these exercises on a daily basis will give you a cumulatively sharp and quick brain.

Why not just spend your time studying math, exercising, eating well, and getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night? Throw in dual-n-back and that meditation as well.

The biggest brain boosters are copper, magnesium, molybdenum and manganese.

Why do you think so?

>> No.10886787

Copper, magnesium and manganese are required by neurons directly. Molybdenum is needed for cleaning up junk from the cells.

You're still going to be an autist if you can't talk. Practice improv acting and free flow writing/talking to achieve peek eloquence.
Other than that, pretty cool list OP. Would also throw in cold showers and nofap, but thats probably a given.

probably right, i've traveled all around the country working odd jobs and meeting people from every walk of life.

Here is one thing i noticed about class

There exists a certain class of people (usually quiet anglicans/episcopalians/catholics) that have a firm grasp on fundamentals. They also have extreme confidence and temperance and are almost able to adapt to any situation. I noticed that when they raise their kids they train them on these fundamentals of writing and arithmetic.

They make sure they are neat in their handwriting and that they can clearly recite by memory all the work they just did. They space out reading and math lessons and intertwine it with music lessons. But again they always hit the fundamentals of recitation of facts, grammar rules, and procedures more than other groups. They dont seem to put their kids "on the next thing" before high school. That is, these types aernt "learning to code" in elementary school. But when they get to high school or college they pick it up almost instantaneously because of their strong grammar and logic skills honed over years and years.

If you stuck this program, you'd be one of the fastest gunslingers or programmers alive once you took up the craft.

>>10890249
Now you're getting it, This program will improve your raw cognitive capacity and concentration to the point where if you took up any craft afterwards your sheer amount of brain power would immediately a learning advantage ahead of your peers.

Say you did this, then started doing logic puzzles, you'd progress faster because you could hold the logic grid in your mind, and be able to make the required connections without your mind having to "restart" the image because it's fixed in your mind, and voice wont have to repeat the same thing over again either.

Or if you joined the army or become a security contractor and you'd memorize tactics during a training course, you'd remember these immediately for years afterwards, your reflexes would also be way on point.
