technically they're not called 'moons', they're called natural satellites. the only actual 'moon' is our own moon ('moon' being its proper name), and we metaphorically refer to the natural satellites (in particular the larger ones) of other planets as their 'moons'

It's neither, it is most accurately pronounced like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5UnNpnGSNI&t=0m09s
The original pronunciation by the guys who actually named it would have been very similar to the one at 0:09, however the name was popularized in print, and when English speaking people got hold of it the pronunciation was garbled. I try to use the correct way of saying it as much as possible in real life to spread it among others.

no seriously, I can only find that single image when I search up 'Harpalyke' in google (no close approach/navigation images? only a single full color closeup?), and when I look at the wikipedia page they don't even use that picture, in fact they don't have any pictures at all on the page, and they make no mention of any flyby events undertaken. Oh, and a starfield visible behind a picture of a moon with high albedo surface features at Jupiter's distance form the Sun? you'vegottabekiddingme.jpeg
