I would say its tiredness but its not, for example imagine being mentally tired after straight 8 hours of studying, (or physically tired after running a marathon) its not like that, the effect of porn and few minutes of fap is like staying weeks in your room just sleeping and doing nothing and them having difficulty even walking 10 steps to the toilet because its just too much effort.
Thats what porn does to the brain. After porn and fap the brains understanding and evaluating of effort for any random action gets stops working, everything becomes harder than it is.
