Most realistic answer, as in people are actually working on, splice DNA that gives you 100% regeneration capabilities, like an earthworm or some kinda lizard.

>cut out half a liver
>splice regeneration DNA into liver
>let liver sit in nutrient vat for 6 months
>place fully grown liver back in body
>repeat for every single organ
If we can do this, we can attain biological immortality.
The only problem I see is if you do this to every single organ, then you become part lizard man, and it'll probably only be affordable to the rich and powerful. Guess the tinfoil hats were right. Lizard men are going to rule us all.
