Scientists have determined that there's 11 races based on genetic distance, culture, language as well as history.
Of course this doesn't mean there's any significant differences between the races.
But it's a cool aesthetic in some ways.
How can we preserve the genetic diversity by making sure there's equal numbers of each race?
Right now east Asians, Europeans and south asians are overrepresented, making up too much of the human race. We need more of the other races too. Ideally 9% of each race making up the population would be good. If the earth can carry 10 billion then we'll need 900 million of each race I guess?

I would bet all my life savings on there never being an "equal balance" of every human subpopulation in the future. You're always going to have some subpopulations dying out and other subpopulations exploding in population size. That's how nature has always worked. Nobody is going to force some unnatural race preserving global legislation that enforces equal population sizes.
Everyone wants to live in a comfy 1950s fantasy world where healthy non-obese white people with wholesome family values are the norm. But it's not happening.

Alright, for the sake of argument ill pretend that what your saying isn't the most retarded thing I've ever heard in my life, how do you propose we go about implementing such a large scale project? You do realize that in order to maintain a stable population level of 10 billion you would have to solve the issue of global poverty and ensure that all third world nations are economically and socially stable enough to sustain their population levels right? Also you say that Asians and whites are overrepresented in the global population. Surely, if you've looked at the demographic trends in European nations, you've seen that birth rates among non white europeans are higher and that native europeans are on track to becoming a minority. Would it be ethical to curb the birth rates of nonwhite europeans in order to preserve the genetic diversity of legacy europeans? or is that only for whites? Without spouting trite and inane platitudes of “diversity is our strength”, give me one reason why i should give a fuck about perfect equal representation among all races? Why should the west pour untold amounts of time, energy and resources into fixing the rest of the worlds problems when we’ve been trying to do that for over half a century, with diminishing returns since most brown countries don't contribute to the global economy and are instead a net negative on it.

I'm not sure they have distinct racial features and given that they both operate under the same culture besides regional differences there should be minimal distinction regarding crossbreeding so some of the characteristics would be difficult to completely attribute to one race or the other if you have a resource that samples racial features between the two i'd go through it and try and draw a clearer picture
