You're pushing a swinging several ton pendulum. You can change it's direction, how? Periodic system, it's about timing.

It's really that simple. What you're getting at was dubbed in the USSR the "kT paradox". It was solved multiple times. Experimental data showed it was false from the getgo, it was just a theoretical modeling problem.

It's the job of the immunologic system and most important the tumor supressor proteins inside the cell (ala p53 - there are tons of those and they have different action mechanism) to start apoptosis or signalize for destruction by the IS.
If what they claim is true - that 5G is capable of disturbing inter or intra cellular signaling (specially if they disrupt the so-called second messenger mechanisms) we might have a pro-carcinogenic effect with 5G.

I don't think it was strictly a shell game to get the US to tip its hand concerning its level of microwave weapon knowledge. The Soviets knew about project paperclip, and probably had some intel showing we brought their energy weapon experience over. Nazis knew you could induce diabetes and sterilize with microwaves. 2.4 GHz... in particular.
