i bet either string theory or some sort of standard model++ will resolve the naturalness problem of the higgs mass and other tubings in particle physics (strong CP problem for example) and also the cosmological constant tuning problem. the other ones are obviously explained anthropically (woah, earth has water and hydrocarbons, what a not coincidence)
