1. Reading quickly is a real skill that can be developed to an extent.
2. There are techniques to "speed read" beyond the ordinary but it's not really the same thing and you won't successfully study for a test that way. Also it takes a long time to master.
3. There are a select few gigachads who really can do crazy shit, but it's a natural talent and can't be taught.
