because science is based on evidence. the concept of "proof" only exists in math where logical rules are more important than "it just werks"

in science, "it just werks" trumps all "logic" you can come up with. empiricism. learn that shit.

science is patrician BECAUSE we care about ideas that "just werk" as opposed to "muh logic". that's why physicists often are the ones who cause revolutions in math. not the other way around
