Nelson Mandela is alive and well, however many people remember him passing away in prison in the 1980s. Some even claim to have witnessed tv coverage of his funeral. The collective memories of phenomena that never happened has now been under the coined term, the 'Mandela' effect. Recurring cases of the Mandela effect indicate a possibility of timeline interference. Please share any cases you know about or have seen!

My only Mandela effect was when someone on 4chan said that Japan had been moved up in the world map, and then I was shocked to confirm that Japan indeed is nowadays located extremely north, almost touches the Korean peninsula. Previously it was vertically in level with China with lots of distance to Korea.
