What's the latest research in dentistry? Trying to find ways to make my teeth less fucked up. I never really appreciated the importance of brushing my teeth as a kid and my parents didn't encourage me to do it either. Now my enamel is all fucked. Apparently one of my molars has literally no enamel left. All my teeth are yellow and are very sensitive to cold. Additionally my teeth are misaligned due to overcrowding. How fucked am I /sci/? Is there any hope to be had?

There's plenty of research about regrowing teeth using stem cells (including actual teeth being grown in rats), but who knows when that'll be clinically available.
