Habituation has installed a maldaptive sexual behavior which causes you to waste time seeking and acting on sexual matters. Sexual arousal has the evolutionary failsafe of hypofrontality built in, so that you cannot philosophize your way out of what your body perceives to be a mating opportunity. It's a very difficult habit to break, a more difficult endeavor than hard drug addiction.
