Certain populations can't grow beards, so obviously something selects against facial hair growth. I think it has less to do with whether human females are inherently attracted to beards and more to do with the fact that being attracted to facial hair might give their offspring an advantage (or not) in their current environment.

Because it’s not worth it to hide your good jawline (if you have one) behind hair. I’d say if you have a weak jawline or a weak chin then yeah you should try the male equivalent of makeup.
Also, if you have poor bone structure in your face, look up Orthotropics on YouTube.
