Does anyone else think it's insane how much information is available at the ip of our fingers right now? What could a genius like tesla achieve if he had such information. It's truly outstanding.

he might end up schizo shit posting on 4chan

maybe that /x/ schiz-poster would've been a Tesla if not for this place

This brings up a good question. What would the world greatest minds be on 4chan? Newton legit is an incel so he'd be a /pol user.

Probably a lot more, and there are a lot more Teslas now, the trouble is that science is basically tapped out. There's hardly anything left to discover. Existing theories are being refined and bridged with other disciplines by the millions of Tesla level geniuses around today, but that's really just window dressing comparatively.

If access to information is such a great thing, where are the Tesla's and newtons of our era ? Don't you think it's having the opposite effect ?

newton would be on /x/ trying to prove the existence of heavenly spirits or something by inventing new branches of math and physics

>> No.10512883

we need to discover new universes and timelines with different laws of physics so people can discover new stuff again instead of polishing old theories. I say we set the LHC to full power and leave it running for a while and see what happens

What is even more outstanding is how little it is actually utilized. Kids now are somehow dumber than ever despite being able to know virtually anything they care to. I suppose it's because that wealth of information is offset by an equally endless supply of distraction.

Is this anon LARPing as a 1800's electromagnetism scientist?

Unironically this. Tesla would have been a flat earther nowadays.

Sure but the world is currently driven by attracting our attention to things that give corporations wealth rather than what gives ourselves value

And we're choking on that dick really wanting it

It takes a lot of effort to break that conditioning and start using your time and attention for your own carefully chosen goals instead

This. If Tesla had imageboards, forums, porn, and YouTube he wouldn't have accomplished 1% of what he did IRL

Aren´t Tesla fags banned on the board?
