Is an IQ of 145-150 good enough to major in math/physics?

I’m concerned I won’t be adequate when I actually decide my major. I like technical stuff, I’d consider myself bright and have a lot of intellectual qualities. In particular I’d consider myself with the confirmation from my peers as pretty logical. Is this the right path, or should I cop out for a different STEM field major?

You absolutely did not get 145 IQ in high school. No one at your high school was even close to 145. 130+ is reserved pretty much reserved for geniuses. Also someone with an IQ of 145 wouldn't be so stupid to think that an IQ 145 might not be good enough to major in Maths/Phsyics

Yeah, op is probably larper but in high school I got 135 while the people around me got in the 90s. In college that changed though. Everyone I asked in my STEM degree who took the test got 120+.

Yes I'm fully aware that the number you got back was 145, but that doesn't actually mean you have an IQ of 145. I genuinelly don't think you realise how high 145 is. Your school significantly inflated your score to make you and the other kids feel better.

They didn’t inflate the scores either, there the majority of kids who got 101-110 and gifted, and so on and so forth. I’m not fucking stupid, and I’m not going to believe something just because someone fucking told me. I’m aware that they do this with some high schools but this was legit. They don’t do that type of shit to make people feel better at my school. We don’t even have shit like basic shit you probably had in high school like AC.
