Yes and no. Most people living today have some Neanderthal DNA, so at some point they have a Neanderthal descendent. Most of our DNA, including Jewish people's, comes from modern Homo Sapiens. It's possible that some Neanderthal phenotypes still exist and are identifiable in modern populations but I'm not too sure about this.
