Before I discovered I was autistic I would force myself to read fiction. Had to visualize and memorize fucking everything which made me wonder how people are used to reading these rich detailed stories so fast. Eventually figured out that my thinking style was much better suited to theory and logical construction and I'm proud to say that I'm now a NEET who spends 90% of the day shitposting instead of reading fiction.
