In laymans terms a circumcised infant is unlikely to suffer from the loss of sensation reported by adults who are circumcised.

It would be interesting to discuss the facts, like the effect of trauma and well known positive aspects of trauma recovery (like the drive to make a positive difference, to empathise with other people who have experienced trauma) etc.

The only positive thing I feel like I got out of being raised in a religious houshold was a circumcision in infancy. That says a lot about my opinion of mainstream religion.

I prefer it how it is. I would recommend it be done to a child of my own. There is no doubt in my mind that the lack of a mucous membrane on my dick has prevented me from contracting STIs.

The microfissures which form on uncut dicks during penetrative sex do not affect me. I don't have this limiting my ability to penetrate for lengthy periods.

I'm interested in the other effects but primarily I look at it like this.

Cut dicks are immunised. Uncut dicks are antivax.
