the thing about this "test" is that the variance is too high, so the only way to rely on it is going by your first score -- and if you must, taking it at most 1 or 2 more times and averaging your scores. in a real, "full-scale" test, the variance is better accounted for by factoring your strengths over different types of problems, which means that your score will only increase by very little, if at all, when taken repeatedly. also you have "chances" to make up for poor performance in previous subtests by performing better in the later subtests. so in a way a real test lets you take around 20 subtests and then sum your total score based on that.

of course, all internet iq tests are just glorified brain teasers that are worth a few minutes of amusement in exchange for a general idea of where you stand with regard to others who took the test. but since these are normalized with respect to the population of people who take iq tests on the internet, you don't gain a very great idea of where you stand with respect to the general population.
