>paralogic
Are you thinking of paraconsistent logic since after all, schizophrenic speech is characterized by schizophasia which has an aspect of formal thought disorder, and when someone has this condition, they usually aren't able to keep a plan of what they want to say, and in this sense you could say that their thinking lacks consistency, and since you used the word "paralogical" it makes sense that "paraconsistent logic" is an answer to your question. However, sure other possibilities could exist, such as a logic characterized by nonsequiturs or a semantics characterized by categorical mistakes, or perhaps a tendency to equivocate or overinclude.
