Why are anti-vaccers looked down on with scorn, when they use the same exact logic that environmentalists use?

This is a lazy fucking strawman. You can reject one part of science without rejecting the whole. I know this gets brought up a lot, but this cult-like mentality would have you guys laughing at Copernicus for going against the mainstream consensus at the time. No, scientists did not predict an ice age, they predicted a warming trend and gradual melting of the icecaps.

Nobody said that an ice age was coming. Maybe some nutjobs in the 70s did. The current consensus is that the polar vortex will weaken and inevitably throw off pieces of itself across the world. Temperature will destabilize, basically massive oscillations around a general warming trend.

The reason why we're seeing such a large increase in autism in children is mainly because of two reasons.
1) the parameters of the spectrum of what constitutes autism gets wider and wider each year, anything from general "I don't know how to talk to people, I guess" to full blown "why didn't you put me down?"

2)Women are having children later and later in life compared to past generations, which increases the chances of defects in the fetus. Uteruses are meant to be used (physiologically speaking) from about 16+, with pregnancies becoming more and more genetically problematic around the 25+ mark.

>> No.10453399

>>10453307
Are you sure it has nothing to do with the ever growing vaccine schedule which now injects day 1 old babies and children get up to 50+ vaccines by the age of 6 compared to the 5 given 50 years ago?

Now try telling me you've studied vaccines and autism while having never looked at any vaccines for any of the following.
Vaccinated vs unvaccinated
Cumulative study of the 72+ given vaccine schedule
real placebo studies using saline and not another vaccine.

Actually using the strawman in this case not only permitted but also reccomended: when someone is debating against basic logic and factualism you quite often won't be able to reason with that person so using their same logic to undermine and invalidate their arguments. I give you it's lazy tho, and even more lazy was those anon approach. I mean something like

Let's assume they're both right.
Anti-vaccers correctness and action (inaction?) will still result in disease spreading.
Environmentalists correctness and action will result in more forests and make the air cleaner and more breathable at the expense of trinket currency.

Thats why. Anti-vaccers, even if right, will do nothing but fuck us all over.
Also quit eating fish. The mercury levels you're complaining about will hold longer and stronger from 1 salmon dinner than a single vaccine shot could ever dream of.
