If I have an interest in algorithms then would it be better to major in mathematics or CS?

what's a non-containment university in these days?
Almost every school is dumbing down their curricula.

Will I get memed by getting a CS degree at a uni ranked in the top 40s for CS in the world? It's ranked higher in EE but the masters don't interest me as much.

Fella that ain't right. All the Math and CS courses you mentioned here are typically covered by year two of college if you're sharp and maybe 2&1/2 semesters if you're average.

Do EE then, at the end you will have an actual profession and you can do as much as any CS grad could. People focus too much on how much extra time it takes to do better options but the whole education process is about building a future regardless.
In 5 years do you want a piece of paper that just says you do some courses at uni, or a piece of paper that says you did those courses as well as being an accredited professional?

I've seen a few good European universities posted but fuck if I can remember which Islamic caliphate they were in.

Yeah, no.

CS is better unless you live in the US, if that's the case do math, CS degrees are complete garbage in the US since they need to dumb down the major to make niggers pass.

Calc 2 is required for every CS course beyond intro and matrices stuff is easy peasy.
