Poor comic construction, should have brought the test back in for the last panel and had the guy fail because he didn't have time to study

Is physics seriously this bad? I always wondered why people shit talked the class. 20 hours of homework in one week though? That’s insane.

Being a non physics major and having taken two semesters of university physics my experience is its an exercise of reading comprehension, problem setup, and inserting formulas. i.e. several chances to fuck up somewhere

Just, like, use two pens, blue one for positive and red one for negative terms.

20 hours of homework isn't that much.

That's 5 ritalin afternoons leaving you with a 20 hour homework weekend.

That'll be 50% extra per credit. Our marketing department did some research and found out this is an optimum price. We also made it easier.

these are sorta true for like freshman or sophomore undergrads. learning how to do undergrad physics actually does require a substantial amount of maturity in how you notate your steps in problems--being neat and being careful and thoughtful is something you typically need to still be improving on while a beginning undergrad (because the equations keep getting bigger and fancier notation-wise until you get to e.g. Jackson's electrodynamics)

20 is an exaggeration but the cycle of
>procrastinate on homework
>realize 4 question assignment will take 4 hours to complete
>read book at last minute, don't understand anything
>make up some BS to answer most of the questions
>get objectively mediocre grade that's still a B because everything is curved
is very accurate
