How to decolonize theory of evolution?

As you can see in evolution lowly dark humanoids turn into highly intelligent fair skinned humans.

Are the any alternative theories to evolution that are respectful of black and indigenous peoples?

light skinned monkeys descended from the trees, and as they spent more time on the ground, they evolved darker skin (and eyes).

This is why small forest monkeys are lighter than orangutans/chimps, who are lighter than African people and gorillas.

The idea was that the pressure was outwards for expansion out of Africa, leaving no openings for migration back.

Slave morality is all to pervasive in the current society. As opposed to proving accusations wrong with action, truthful statistics or facts, folks are content with playing the victim or forcibly shutting down the discussion in the name of social 'good'
